The following survey results were recently sent us from Overland Park, Kansas where Gail McWilliams gave presentation as their keynote speaker. They removed unrelated topics (facility, food, service, etc) so focus could be made on Gail's contribution to the event. The following is published exactly as it was submitted to us by Jim Keller who is the Interim Executive Director. We were impressed with its thoroughness and that so many team members were drawn into the after-banquet evaluations. Below are two sets of survey results. The first one is from the Banquet Planning Team and the second is from the the Table Hosts.
